Hi! I am Mrs. Walters, the Kindergarten readiness teacher here at St. Francis de Sales. I have been teaching Pre-Kindergarten for 33 years and this will be my 16th year at St. Francis.
I was born in Nebraska (Go Cornhuskers!) but grew up in Las Vegas, NV before moving to Manistique with my family. My husband, Sam, and I have made our home in Cooks and have 3 wonderful children. My oldest daughter, Cassie, recently earned her Bachelor of Science degree from NMU; my middle daughter, Sami, is serving in the United States Navy; my youngest son, Tony, works as an electrical lineman.
